Dr. Dana has received extensive advanced training in the management of infants, children, and pre-natal and postpartum women through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Dr. Dana is one of only a handful of chiropractors in all of south jersey certified in the latest pediatric and prenatal chiropractic techniques as well as the Webster’s Technique. The Webster’s Technique is a sacral analysis and adjustment technique along with gentle soft tissue work that is specific to pregnant women. The goal of the Webster’s Technique is to reduce the effects of sacral subluxation/ SI joint dysfunction to improve the neuro-biomechanical function of the pelvis. This technique first gained fame for helping with breech babies and has a 92% success rate in the baby getting into the normal head down position.

Dr. Dana is also a runner and triathlete who loves to help other athletes reach peak performance levels while staying healthy and avoiding injury. She has competed in the Atlanta Publix Marathon, Philadelphia Half Marathon, Augusta 70.3 Ironman Triathlon, and numerous other runs and triathlons over the years including the Broad Street Run for the past almost 10 years.

In addition to managing her Chiropractic clinical practice, Dr. Dana is an established speaker, and presents wellness concepts through various networks, businesses, churches, and health and wellness events. Her goal is to educate our community about health topics so that residents develop a true understanding of how to live a happy and healthy life. She has also been published in the Journal of Pediatric, Maternal & Family Health on the topic of infertility: “Resolution of Infertility of a Patient with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Hypothyroidism, and Ulcerative Colitis Following Subluxation-Based Chiropractic Care: A Case Report and Selective Review of the Literature”.

Dr. Dana is passionate about serving families in the South Jersey and Philadelphia community. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, Chad, and their dog, Gunner, and her daughter, Mia.

Dr. Rebecca Connor

Dr. Rebecca received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2018 from Life University near Atlanta, GA. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor's degree at The Pennsylvania State University in Kinesiology in 2014, where she discovered her love for chiropractic in order to help others. During her chiropractic studies she had the pleasure of attending a mission trip in El Salvador, sparking her desire to focus her education in pediatrics, pregnancy and family care. She is certified in Webster Technique for expecting mothers and has received advanced training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) in both prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care. She is currently working towards her Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics. In her free time Dr. Rebecca likes to be active and enjoys being outdoors, hiking, or spending time with her family and friends.
